Fresh Start Series #1 ("How Do We Pray? - Jesus' Example")

Prayer is such a simple, and yet difficult practice. How do we pray properly? Should we sit? Should we stand? Should we kneel? Prayer takes practice, intention, and effort when done correctly, but what should we say? Do the words we say matter as much as we think they do? We seem to treat prayer as if we and God are just ships passing one another in the night. Not only do we tend to think our deeds for God are more important then our communion with God, we spout words randomly at him instead of stopping to focus directly on him and having a two-way conversation. Yes, we need to look to God, but what would happen if we actually slowed down to look at him face to face? Let's look at the Word and see what God has to say about how we should pray...
